Not a very good day.
Today I went out with my cousins to watch Avatar 3D (yes, my second time watching Avatar, though the first time is not 3D. I have a feeling that my 3rd time is coming up with my parents). Unfortunately for me, I did not spot any differences whatsoever in viewing, imaging, OR the level of excitement. It felt like I paid Rm 18 just to watch a 2D show. The differences between 2D and 3D is not much, so I think that it's not really worth watching it in 3D. I should have expected it, but for some reasons, even after some disappointing effects from 3D movies, the interest to watch it is still there!
After that, we went ahead and watch Alvin and the Chipmunks 2. I agree with Mae that the first version is nicer. After all, what are the odds of a superstar getting his head dunked in the toilet???!! and that was one of the scenes in there. I mean, come on!! what are the chances?? though I really like the Chipettes. They are CUTE!! hehe....
somewhere through out Avatar, I realized that my phone dropped out from my pocket. Gave me a huge scare and I finally found it stuck in between the handrest. I was glad that I found it and left it at that. BUT guess what?? while I was searching for my phone, my carkeys dropped too and I had no idea until I wanted to leave the mall.
Since I was suppose to drop my cousins off, latest by 6.30 and it was already 6.00 when I wanted to leave, I panicked. Really panicked. I called my mom, called my bro, got a trashing on the phone and he finally agreed to bring the spare key like 45 mins later. but I just dont have the time. So I did what my cousin suggested.
Go and ask if GSC found my keys.
and lo and behold! they did! Thank GOD! though the attached keychain from LV was missing. I could barely recognise the key without the keychain.
Then it was dropping my cousins home. I only have 20 mins and the journey would usually take max 10 minutes but since it wasn't my day, there was a traffic jam!! I arrived at their place 10 minutes late from their 'curfew' and I hope they didn't get grounded or anything since it's my fault.
Took my car for a wash with Mel, then headed out for dinner. Dinner was great. However, by the end of the dinner, both of us needed the toilet badly and since we didn't want to stink up the place, we thought of heading home since it's 3 min drive. But once again we were stuck in traffic JAM. Imagine this, 2 toilet desperate gals stuck in a traffic jam makes the car ride a mouthful car ride with all the expletive words.
so yeah, overall, the day is not a very fine one. I feel like sleeping, but I still have chores to do. ZZZzz not to mention a bath which will definately keep me awake for hours still.

HMN
Halloween Massacre Night or more fondly known as HMN to us committee members was a success! the turnout was great, everything was done in time and everyone had fun.
For those of you who don’t know what I am talking about, HMN is an event that was organized by the joint effort MMS and IPRMSA of HELP. We had 50+ people working on this event, and it was a great experience for everyone of us.
There were many things that we have to do for HMN, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The times we went to Luc’s house to make our dummies, the times where Andy, Abygayle and I sat down to discuss about Fugitive Hunt, the time we spend blowing balloons (yes, I can’t believe I miss that!! >.<) and of course, the time where we went to Plaza GM and spent money that doesn’t belong to me!!
okay, I will let the pictures do the talking….
Our handmade dummies that William taught us how to make. Try spotting MAE!!
Luc working on one of the dummies
This was one of the fantastic pictures that Luc and William painted after we left. This is my favourite!!
Andy putting on the heads for our dummies. I sooo love our dummies.
When were were doing the dummies at Luc’s place, we had to transport it to William’s car so that we can put them in KPD E for storing. while we were carrying the dummies on the road, cars were stopping by and staring blatantly at us and the dummies. It was hilarious. We couldn’t stop laughing!
other pictures include of the event day:
We huff
and puff (Jo: No more ballons~~NOOOOO!!)
and blew
until we have approximately 500 balloons (we are peace loving people, we don’t blow houses down)
While Luc was in charge of craving pumpkins and watermelons
The work of Luc’s craving. Nice rite!
Then, it was PARTY TIME!!
We have 3 live bands performances – Pop the cherry, Your Auntie and The Maggots. We also have Niqi acoustic solo, games, tattoo for sale and of course, fugitive hunt that was in charged by Andy and I.
Fugitive hunt, which is the main game of the night, is similar to treasure hunt. Instead of looking for treasure, they have to look for the murderer of the dummies. we have people scurrying around looking for clues. It was fun to watch!
Andy, whom I give all credit for coming up with the storyline and clues for the game is the murderer and emcee for fugitive hunt. Once the groups manage to identify him as the murderer, they have to take pictures of the 5 clued dummies out of the 9 dummies in HMN.
Teams had problem looking for the last dummy because it was in the guy’s toilet and it got trashed before fugitive hunt started. We believe that someone trashed it after it scared the shit out of someone. hehe…
here are some pictures!!
Mae as a gothic doll and Al as a spider witch
Me as a gypsy pirate manning the tattoo booth and fugitive hunt registration.
Calvin as a butler
Shermaine as a cowgirl and Jo as a zombie without her zombie mask.
Other interesting costumes
Best dressed female nominees
I wanted to go as a pirate, but Eliza said I looked more like a gypsy, so I decided to combined them both and become… a Gypsy Pirate!! hehe…
Unfortunately, above are the only 2 pictures I have of myself for the event. We were too busy running around so there wasn’t any time for pictures. Hope the photographers of the day did take candid pictures with me in it! >.<
I have to say that I was totally impressed at the speed which we cleared up for the event. In about 30 minutes, we cleared up the parking lot, the upper foyer and the lower foyer. When we were done, HELP looked like it was back to normal! The cleaning up process was fast, quick and efficient.
I just wanna say, kudos! to everyone who took part to help in this event. Congratulations to all the committee members for making this event a successful event. Thanks to the upper committee members that had put in the tremendous effort. To all committee members, give yourself a pat at the back. You all did good that day!
For some reason, Window Life Writer don’t like me today. To write this post, I think the program hang for about 7 times. >.<!!
glad to say that I am at the end of this post. Cheers!

Long Awaited Update
UPDATE.
There Jas. My blog is updated!!
okay okay… don’t hit me. there’s a real entry below. :D
It has been like what? a month plus since I updated? And there’s just too many stuff I wanna blog about, so here’s just a brief explanation of it. :D it’s in no particular order.
1) Food Hopping!!
The gals – Eliza, Mae, Jas, Izzie, Me – and Jeremy went for food hopping sometime during the holidays. It was needless to say that I enjoyed myself greatly. A full stomach, great time, great company – what else can a gal ask for? here are the places that we went to, not in order. :D
Lamb Stew in Uptown, next to Fusion Restaurant, same row as Public Bank. Desert Bar in Sri Hartamas, I think
Full House in Nui Zhe Xui (NZX)
Face to face spicy pan mee. NICE! LOVE IT!!! in Subang. there’s another outlet in Uptown
Snowflake – Subang. Nice desserts
The gals stayed over at my place that night, and we binged on a tub of ice-cream while watching Hannah Montana Movie. Great day.
2) Izzie and Jasmine’s surprise farewell party in Chili’s BSC
Since Izzie was flying off to Luton, UK and Jasmine is returning to Canada soon, we decided to have a surprise farewell party for them. (they already left. :( ) All of us we decked in our best fineries for the occasion. We have the usual group of gals and guys plus other few close friends. I shall let the pictures speak for themselves.
Then some of us went separate ways and met up in Delicious,KL. There were 3 cars heading to Delicious KL, but unfortunately, due to some misunderstanding, we all ended up at different places since there were 2 Delicious outlets in KL!! Oh well~~
3) My 21st Birthday
I celebrated my 21st birthday with the gang this year on the 5th September 2009 at Full House. Before dinner, some of us went for a movie – the orphan – and I have to say that I was traumatized by that show. Loving kids as much as I do, it was difficult for me to comprehend the wickedness of Esther (though later we found out why but still!!!!!!). After dinner, headed back home for cake cutting and movie. After most of the left, leaving only Luc, Mae, Eliza and Me, we spent the night watching other movies until 2 to 3 am plus. Pei Ling dropped by for a while since she can’t make it for dinner.
Now, pictures again!!
Me and my friends since primary school with Izzie in the background.
Pictures with the gals Birthday cake!!
I also celebrated my birthday with Sheu and Nigel at Sakae Sushi on the 9th and with Ben and my aunt on the 10th (my actual birthday) in Chili’s.
4) Izzie’s farewell at the airport.
We went and surprised Izzie at the airport on the day she was leaving for Luton, UK with Elaine. Here are the pictures. Izzie and me.
All ready for the departure gate
Bye Izzie and Elaine. See you guys next year!! Enjoy!!
5) Siew See’s 21st Birthday
This darling of mine is only 9 days older than me. She celebrated her 21st with us in 1u on Merdeka day. We went to the Garden lifestyle restaurant for lunch. We also watched the movie “Up”.
Cheers darling! Only a grand piano will do for the birthday gal
Last but not least, we also have entry no. 6!
6) Picnic Attempt in KLCC park
We went to KLCC during the holidays for a picnic under the suggestion of Luc and Eliza. The 4 of us went there with the intention of having a conventional picnic, but we ended up having a unconventional one instead. The security guard didn’t allow us to sit on the grass because it’s restricted area so we ended up having our picnic under one of the shelter huts. Nonetheless, we had fun.
Unconventional picnic under the shelter hut.
Bubble blowing session
Oooo~~ big bubble~~
Polaroid pictures
That’s all the entries for now. I did say it was a long one. :P I thoroughly enjoyed my holidays just by spending time with the gang. Now that Izzie is in Luton and Jasmine is back in Canada, our gal gang is not complete until you gals are back.
Gals, we miss you. Have fun, keep in contact and don’t forget us. Until the next time we meet. XOXO.

Presents from leadership camp (warning: super long post)
I am back!!
yes, I survived leadership camp.
Let's see, my muscles are aching like crazy, I can't breathe, eat, sleep or even type out this post without some part of my body aching. My head was pounding half the time I was there, I had cough, flu, breathing difficulty (due to the cough) AND fever. Sorry, no pictures because although I brought my cam, I didn't take it to the jungle so no pictures of what we did.
Let's see, what we did there is really worth jotting down as memories because seriously, I really doubt I actually did so many physical stuff in 1 day. The first day was okay I guess. We arrived at the resort, Trolak Country Resort (FELDA residences) - in Trolak, Sungkai at about 5??. Yes, we stayed in a resident area provided by FELDA. We had 34 people in total - 5 boys, 26 girls, 2 lecturers and 1 lecturer's friend.
We had a tea session and we met our 'trainers' for the whole camp - Alex, Terence and Dr. Natalie (in charge of health). They sort of briefed us about the stuff we are going to do in camp in general like, after activities we will have a meeting to discuss about the stuff we learn. We got into our groups and we are assigned with our first project, creating a group name, logo, war cry and our expectations. We named ourselves, - the ferocious fairies - haha.. seriously, that's our name and we even had a guy in our group. I think our logo is the most feminine one with butterflies and stuff like that. :D then, we were assigned to our room.
I got into the same room with Miki, a chinese gal and Limmy, an african. They are quite nice people. We had our dinner and then we went for our solo drop. It started off with all sort of scary stories like we might meet native people, we might see animals and stuff like that - which needless to say gave some of us the creeps when they told us NOT to smile at the native people if we meet them (in case that means "Hi! take me to your village as your wife" or stuff like that). we were given a code to call out so that we can identify if the figure we saw is one of our people. code is.... Course - HMC.
At about 8pm, we walked towards the jungle, took us about half an hour (just by walking from our residences to the jungle) and we were told not to talk at all. we have to walk in a straight line (like school kids) and then when we reach the jungle, we were told to hold each other shirts. in the end, all of us hold hands instead because of the terrain. they started dropping us unknowningly from the back, so to me who was in front, it felt like the hike was exceptionally long. The terrain was horrible like all forest do, there were roots and plants. To make things worse, it was raining and we still had to trek.
I was dropped off somewhere towards the end and the solo drop begins for me. I didn't really know how long we were there - maybe half an hour or so. At first I thought that I would freaked out but it turns out that I was really pretty calm about it. I couldn't see anything at all - heck, I can't even see my hands when I put it in front of me. We were told to use the time to reflect and I think I MIGHT be a little night vision impaired. Haha... what a thing to reflect. I stood there, not moving at all, staring into the darkness, thinking about petty stuff and feeling cold because of the rain. Finally, the came to pick us up and we left.
went to bath, and went to bed. Just to find out that our aircon is not working. Well, it's working but it's emitting warm air instead of cold air. Miki moved to her friend's room to sleep, leaving only me and Limmy alone in the room. Called mom, messaged Mae, Eliza, Luc and Izzie before going to bed.
We woke up at 5.45 am the next morning for a 2KM morning jog at 6.15am. Because of the rain the night before, I had cough (I had flu before I went) and as most of you guys know, I can't breathe when I have cough. Running made it worse, I had to stop at Dr. Natalie and she kept on telling me to take deep breaths (they looked kind of worried because Alex that was running with us stopped with me and stayed with me throughout the whole time). Talked for a while and finally joined the gang for a very short run from my stop to the pitstop.
had breakfast and went for our real first activity of the day. (by now some of the people are tired from running). We hiked to the forest ourself and went for the short ropes.
it's an obstacle course that consist of (in order) walking over a swing plank at ground level, walking on a rope above ground level with only another rope on top as your grip, commando crawl (crawling on two parallel ropes using only your hands to drag yourself - it's basically looked like a very long stretcher without the middle part. we have to lie on the rope, quite high from group level, with our knees sticking out and feet tuck in and drag ourself over the other side), walking on another 2 swing planks located high up, swinging tires (5 tires, connected to the rope, we have to step on one, and try to move to another, look easy but freaking hard to do and requires lots of hand muscles since the only thing that is standing beside you and getting yourself paralysed is two students supporting you in case you fall) then walk zig zag on the tight rope and then climb the pyramid lookalike rope thing where we usually see in NS and army movies.
Muscles are aching by then, especially the arm muscles because it all requires strength from our arms. I almost fell at the zig zag thing, giving my friends a scare but thank god i have okay upper body muscles to stop me from falling down. When we thought it was all over, we were bought over to the high ropes. this time, it's 20 feet from the ground, we have to climb a J ladder and walk a rope, this time with the safety equipment present. then it's the flying fox! enjoyed that the most. I fell again at the J ladder, giving my friends another scare, but the guy held on tight (thank god they are professionals). chat with him later on and he say that he thinks i weight 60 KG? Really? haha... erm, thank you for the compliment?? haha....
Went back to our room, had lunch and had our third outdoor activity. By now, ALL of us are tired and our muscles are aching. We have to get into our groups and this time play something that goes along the line of 'the blind leading the blind'. We have to plan 4 stations, and walk there blindfolded. Before we get to plan, it started raining again and we were forced to play under the rain (which made me have fever the next day). It was raining so heavy that lighting and thunder were coming about and we all hundled under the hut cos they don't want us to be striked by lighting. when the lighting stop, we have to continue.
It was soggy and all. times up and we have to start our game but there are some changes. Additional 2 stations which made my team got lost around. Seriously, i think my team leader have a 'not very good sense of directions'. We were laughing like crazy cos he fell into the pond and knock his head on the tree and all. In the end, the Miss Jasmine took pity on us and sort of lead us to our first pitstop. we have 20 minutes to find 5 pitstops, and by the time it ended, we only found 1. oh yeah, for every pitstop we miss, it's 10 PUSH UP. So, 40 push ups we go. Shit!
bath and had dinner. then it's night activity. Terence, Alex and Natalie left us with Miss Jasmine, Mr. Joel and Mr. Searson (Mr. Joel's friend) and we mostly talked about stuff and played some games (quite a change after all the outdoor stuff). we even participated in earth hour and talked about the earth and then we were assigned to do a skit revolving our group name. Noticed I said our group name was Ferocious Fairies in the beginning? It was sooo hard to figure out a storyline for it. but in the end we did. Ours revolved around people destroying earth and fairies got ferocious. Get the idea? Good....
We had a good laugh in everyone's skit and then it's bed. I had difficulty sleeping that night, because my airway is like seriously 3/4 block so a deep breath would only give me very little oxygen. It was horrible and so painful to take a deep breath. In the end, I slept sitting up for an hour or two to let the airway clear a little before I went back to sleep on the bed.
Woke up at 7.30 this morning, had breakfast and went for another indoor activity. We mostly did inner self stuff, like negative and positive thoughts and I really think that Mr. Joel and Searson's speech made everyone think. I know i did. Then we have to write a note to our group members, 2 positive and 1 negative thing about them.
here are some of mine from my groupmates....
Positive
- Listen and participates in collaboration of goup ideas
- Easy going person (hmmm... okay, maybe you havent my pissed off mode yet. )
- Made her feel special (okay, understand that, no discrimination)
- Spontaneus, brave (hmm... okay, thanks!)
- Good postive member? (erm, okay... but I didn't really do much!)
- Giving good guidance ( erm, okay...)
Negative... (everyone have their bad side :D)
- Did not do a very good job on the acting part. (yes, I am a horrible actor.. haha. I admit that)
- Got good ideas but shy to express it.
- Too quiet
- can take advice from other people
basically, most of the negative opinions are 'too quiet'. I have to say it's the cough problem!! Nonetheless, they were quite understanding and all. It was fun, working with these people, getting to know them personally.
I took medicine from Miss Jasmine cos my fever was seriously burning up. My cheeks were super red, I was super hot and had to take panadol. then, it was the ride home. The bus driver drove quite fast I think, cos most of us are sleeping and the lecturers went home by themselves. We reach 1 hour earlier than the estimation time. Called my mom, and said goodbye to my friends.
Drank herbal tea, went to bed, tried to clear my airway again since it got blocked AGAIN and now typing the post.
I was really reluctant to go to the camp at first because I thought it was a waste of time. but from the camp, I learn things i never thought i would learn, I know people I never think I would know.
If you minus all muscle aches, headaches, breathing difficulty and rain, I would really enjoy the trip. Too bad the breathing difficulty took away some fun and joy, but nonetheless it was still great. Even then, going for this leadership camp again is not something I want to do in a month or two. Let my muscles rest for a moment or two first. haha.....

Movie, Haunting the Mall and Dinner
After movie, I went to get my lunch at the KingPie shop in front of the cinema. The others ate already, but I haven't because I was too lazy to cook my lunch at home. I didn't even drive to 1U today. Luc came to pick me up and I was like, Oh thank you!!! haha... am just too lazy to drive today.
Then, Mae said she wanted coffee so we went to Ipoh Old Town coffeshop to have some coffee. One of the twins (I still can't differenciate them, sorry guys!!) poured lots of honey into Mae's coffee. So she was kinda hyper. Then, we haunted the mall for a while before everyone left, leaving only me, Luc and Mae since he will be dropping us home.
We went for dinner at some place, I think the restaurant is called Fullhouse. The deco are really nice, it reminds me of a giant play doll house. After dinner, Luc dropped me home and they left.
Went to take a bath, then switched on the PS 2 to play 'Devil May Cry 2'. I totally love the game and its graphics and according to Terence, Devil May Cry 3 have even better graphics. After I am done with DMC 2, I am going to play with DMC 3. :D
Overall, today is kinda fun. College is starting soon and most of us will be busy with assignments and projects soon enough.

Mayhem!!
Anyway, for the new year celebration, I went to my uncle's hse in Bukit Damansara to celebrate the coming year with my family. We were there from 7 pm plus and we laughed, joked, ate and drank until the new year came. Then we continue drinking. :D
Just like every year in my life, we had poppers and noise makers to play with the moment it strikes 12. We blew the noisemakers next to each other ears and as the year go by, I swear, we become more deaf. We had 2 babies with us this year, and surprisingly, the babies were perfectly calm for the chaos that lasted about 20 minutes.
I present to you...
My family's new year celebration.
Note: at about 1 minute plus, the camera goes shaky is because I was ambushed by my cousins.
May everyone have a great year ahead of them!!

Screams, laughters, joy and getting WET!!
As usual, the day was filled with screams, laughters, joy and an additional element that made this day sooo special - getting WET! I left my house at 8.20am to pick Mae up so that we will be in time to reach Eliza house at 9. Went to pick Jeremy up from the LRT station and headed to Sunway Laggon to meet up with Alexa, Tee Keat and Luc. We arrived there at 8.30 and there was already a queue for the entrance tickets!! We went for 3 parks ticket that allows us access to Extreme park, Theme park and water park.
When all of us arrived and wore our tickets on our wrist, we went in search of lockers. With 7 of us, we manage to rent 3 lockers and stuff all our stuff in since the locker charges are so expensive. Took some money out for later and then, we went in search of rides which brought us to several heart screaming, heart filling laughter and water sputtering rides.
After a few rides in the dry park, we went for a ride on the tomahawk which brings you 360 degrees. Since my stomach was all empty, by the time I was done with all the rides plus tomahawk, I wsa feeling sick and ready to puke. We walked halfway through the super long suspension bridge which Mae had manage to conquer her fear and walk through it (congrats!) we went for lunch. We settled for burger and a meal cost about RM 15.00 plus.
After lunch, we headed to the extreme park where we rode a buggy, I had a swan ride with Luc against Mae and Alexa (all of us were wet from all the water splashing battles which made the lifeguard blow his whistle many many times). The others wanted to go flying fox but since we have to climb soooo high up, Luc,me and Mae bailed out and we went in search of food and water. turn out that the queue was so long that the rest of them bailed out on it too.
After food, me, luc and eliza went for the mountain biking trail. the rest went for to the water park. Just say that my biking skills was rusty and I am real sorry for Luc and Eliza because they were behind me and had to watch out for my rusty biking skills. Oh yeah, on the trail, I hit a tree. Sigh...
After the biking session, we join the rest and went and play in the water park. we rent a double float, which was mostly used by the girls and jeremy took out his frisbee to play in the water. I fell into the water once and my contact lenses came out!! Sigh... tried putting it back but the clorine was making it drop out so in the end i decided to be a 1 eye captain and throw away the daily contact lenses.
we left at 6, and headed into sunway pyramid for shopping. then we went to Asia cafe for dinner and headed back home. I reach home about 11 and by the time i am done with everything, i was so beat that i couldn't stay awake to update my blog.
So here it is. My post for the 27th Dec.
I am going off to my uncle hse for a new year celebration. So bye!!

A day of JOY and LAUGHTER
The main plan was going to the hospital to visit Calv then meeting up with Luc at my place for a day of board games, board games and board games. However, our plan was foiled when Calv told us that we cannot visit him because of doctor's orders. So we ended up talking to him on the phone instead.
After Luc arrived at my house, we started off our day of joy and happiness with a game of LIFE. It seems that most of us doesn't have a life since our LIFE cards were so little while Luc's life was very fulfilling indeed. My car was the only car that was filled with kids! I had 2 pair of twins!! haha, well, it sort of suits me since I love the idea of twins :D
After LIFE, we set up the TV and the PS 2 in the room that we were playing our games and then proceeding on with WORLD DOMINATION again!! we played a round of RISK, which lasted abot 4 to 5 hours. While waiting for our turns to attack and defend, we played the PS 2 games such as Takken and Dragonball. Ultimately, Luc won AGAIN!! I was close, but then I still lost :( Hmmphh!! one day I shall truimph and gain world domination!!
We send Jeremy off and went for dinner in Hartamas Square then head back to my place for movies. We broke the movie marathon record today by watching 3 movies straight. When I got up to walk around, it felt SOOOOO good to stretch my muscles. We watched Mallrats brought by Luc, White Chicks and 40 year old virgin by Eliza. Had loads of laughs and gross moments that made all of us went UGH!! EWW and YUCK!!
They just went home about half an hour ago. It seems that everytime they come over to my place for games, they would end up staying until late at night. Maybe one day I can have a sleepover or something like that. but that would not be in the near future since it requires permission from all the parents and loads of planning as well.
I really had lots of fun today. I smile, laugh and even groan along with this group of friends whenever I lost in a game or while watching a disgusting scene in the movie. It's really a day that is filled with nothing but joy and laughter.
New year is coming soon. And I hope that in the coming year, my days will be filled with as much joy, laughters and great friends. Hugs!!!

A RISKY day
anyway, that day, we as in me, mae, Eliza, Alexa, Tee Keat, Luc, Sara Calvin and Jeremy went to watch Transporter 3. (PS - it's the day after I met Derrick in 1u)
So, we went to Pasta Zanmai for lunch, went for movie, batting cages and arcade before heading to my house to do an impromptu christmas countdown.
We went for WORLD DOMINATION!!
Really, that's what we did during our countdown :D
Nonetheless, I had a lot of fun that day and it is the best christmas eve I ever had. Oh yeah, the gang is coming over tomorrow for another round of RISK. I can't wait!!!
