Seriously, went to Chilis with my family today and when I ordered alcohol I was forced to produce my ID to PROVE my age before they are willing to process my order. *roll eyes*

When I messaged Mae and Izzie, they just said I look young. haha....

Oh well, this is not the first time someone say I don't look like my age. First time was when this gal come over to my house for survey and she said she wanted to speak to someone legal. Hello!! I am already 19 by then??? haha.... swt. she said I looked like 15. Sigh, secondary school gal. Oh well... As Izzie say, no need botox!

Oh the side note, I have comm in workplace assignment to finish and I sort of gotten into a quarrel with my bro when I asked his opinion on how to answer the question. Typical day in my life. :D

Have advertising quiz to study for as well, but somehow my eyes are itching to read/ see/ view anything except the words in the advertising book. It's like I can read any material now, except for the book. *looks at the book and eyes stray away again*

*force the eye to look back at the book* no!! cannot stray! Advertising marks sucks. Need.... to.... study.... *strain eyes on book* haha. let's just say for now I read like 5 pages? SWT!! sigh.

Since my eyes boycotted me, I am giving it a break. But I am determined to finish reading at least 2 chapters.

Assignments and fiction

Mid terms came to an end. Now, it's back to the monotonous life in Foundation. hmm, maybe it's not so monotonous after all it's like assignment time. it's assignment, assignment and ASSignment from now on. here are my datelines:

1 marketing report due on the 7th Nov
1 critical thinking report + 4 posters + 2 leaflet + 2 other props by the 13th Nov (I think)

then,
1 marketing presentation on the 21st Nov
1 critical thinking presentation date unknown
1 english public speaking date unknown
1 study skills assignment due date unknown

So, i am stuck with assignments from now on. just when i thought that i could take a rest before starting with 1 assignment, my other assignment is giving me problems. more like group members. Let's just say that they don't understand what the hell is PLAGIARISM since they are so fond of doing it. Copy paste work, no in text citation work and horrible english. Since i seem to be the one that needs the marks most, the job of editing or rather redoing everyone's part falls onto my shoulder. SIGH!!

Anyway, gotten back some of my quiz and mid terms marks. I think i did okay considering the fact that I didn't study at ALL. the night before the exams, i was nicely reading e-book. HEHE.... here are the marks

critical thinking quiz - 7.5/10
critical thinking mid terms - 14/20

marketing mid terms - 16.6/20

well, it's okay la. for someone who didn't study. but i guess that means i have to push for my remaining assignments and quizes to get the credit that i desperately need to move onto the next level of edu next sem. PLEASE, PLEASE let me get at least a Credit for it.

parents went out today, so I am going to be all alone at home. Bro's coming back later, parents coming back tomorrow night. they are going for a 1 day trip that they are so fond of. this time, to touch a lucky pig, or rather, a 'lucky' wild boar. it seems that after touching that animal, u will be lucky and might even strike lottery and some of u will know how my dad is with lotteries. So yeah, they are off for their one day trip which means i have to drive to college tomorrow. AGAIN. and settle my own lunch. AGAIN. and settle my own dinner.AGAIN. guess i won't be cooking. going to eat lunch before coming back from college and maybe for dinner, my bro might ta pau some food. if not i just drop by MCD. Will have to see what's the plan tomorrow.

Other than that, i am still obsess with reading ebooks. Just finished Mary Jo Putney's The Wild Child and now i am re-reading her The China Bride, since it's the second book in her Bride Series. I would say that she's quite a nice author to read and her storylines are fairly nice.

These days, ideas for fanfictions are once again popping up in my mind. especially for Love Forever 2: Hearts on Fire - one of my original fiction that contains no famous people or what so ever. it's the second generation from the story Love Forever: through good and bad times, which was really sketchy since it's my very first work. Love forever 2 is about the kids of Love forever 1 where the characters are based on me and my friends. so it's like writing about my kids! haha... it's just weird! Anyway, just like my love forever 1, the second part is about this bunch of super rich kids and their life. :) The story for Mark/Catherine and April/Adrian is just bugging me to write it down on paper, but i am too lazy. So, for quite some time now it's just playing over and over again in my head like some broken record when i sleep, when i read and especially when i day dream in class. so yes, when i sleep, it's like i am watching a movie since sometimes I even dream about it. So ANNOYING! but i am just toooo lazy to write it down. These ideas will subdue after some time if i ignore it, and since it started a few weeks ago, i guess it will die down soon enough...
